  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery: Available in select areas at an additional cost.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (or your preferred threshold).

  • For orders below the free shipping limit, a nominal shipping fee will be applied and displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include a small service charge.

You can easily track your order using the tracking link provided in your confirmation message. If you face any issues, our support team is always ready to assist you.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India. For international orders, please contact support@rajvithi.com for availability and rates.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
